Domaine des Genêts poached eggs first saw the light of day in 1991. The production process involves adapting the techniques of vacuum cooking to the characteristics of eggs

Today, by employing variations of that technique, the Domaine des Genêts offers a range of processed eggs that are different in form and texture.

Used widely by those involved in the restaurant and catering trades, in food-processing and in the distributive trades, our products can be adapted for any use.
